I am passionate about spiritual growth and transformation in people.  There is always more to see, to understand and know about ourselves and God. It is a fantastic journey that I am still on and I love this life of learning! God is not done with us yet! 

I work with people on all walks of life but especially love empowering BIPOC leaders in ministry or in the work place. 

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is sacred space for you to reflect and discern God's presence in your lived experience.   A spiritual director walks alongside your spiritual journey by listening, asking questions, and directing your attention towards the gentle voice of God.

Coaching

Coaching is a transformative process that  helps you focus on a specific area in your life or leadership that you want to grow in with tangible goals.  A coach will ask questions, help you see the bigger picture, work through barriers, reflect on learning lessons, offer support and encouragement, and keep you on track to meet the goals you set.
